Accessing SciFinder-n

SciFinder web-specific credentials are required to use the SciFinder-n application. First-time SciFinder users need to register for an account.

Registered users (including those users previously registered for SciFinder Web) can connect to SciFinder-n.

Previous SciFinder users who are moving over to SciFinder-n for this first time will need to migrate any saved content from SciFinder Web once they’ve logged into SciFinder-n, by clicking on the migrate button in the saved content section.

About SciFinder-n

SciFinder-n is an electronic version of Chemical Abstracts, an index of articles, patents, technical reports, and other materials going back to 1907 and covering chemistry, biochemistry, and chemical engineering. It includes features to search by drawing chemical structures and for analysis/synthesis prediction. Also a source for finding prices for chemicals.
