The new Pennsylvania Grants for Open and Affordable Learning (PA GOAL) program has opened up its first wave of applications. PA GOAL offers grants that aim to reduce student costs through “the adoption of OER [Open Educational Resources] and other zero-cost textbook alternatives”. The program is managed by PALCI, the state academic library consortium of which Lafayette is a member.
Grants for PA GOAL are available in three categories:
