The Life Library is a combination of circulating items and programming that aims to foster practical and holistic skill-building and engagement. A list of the new items available to check-out through the Library, as well as their loan information, is included below. Additionally, two library-sponsored, peer-led workshops are planned for March. Refreshments will be provided at both events.
“Travel Skills 101: What You Need to Know Before Spring Break Travel” will be hosted in the Gendebien Room of Skillman Library on March 7th at 4:15pm. The Study Abroad office will cover a variety of topics, including: preparing, navigating the airport and airplane, and staying in another country.
“Community Engagement 101: Learning the Basics with the Landis Center” will be hosted in the Gendebien Room of Skillman Library on March 26th at 4:15pm. This informative seminar is designed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of quality community engagement. This session aims to provide individuals with the skills and tools needed to connect with and contribute to their community in a mutually beneficial way.
