Alumni Generosity Grows Library Artist Book Collection

As part of Reunion celebrations earlier this month, Ellen Kravet Burke ‘76 and Raymond “Ray” Burke III ’75 (pictured, left) visited Special Collections & College Archives to view the magnificent collection of artist books they donated to Skillman Library over the last two decades. Working in collaboration with director emeritus Diane Shaw, the Burkes selected works in honor and memory of cherished family members and friends. These books now support course collaborations involving art, architecture, the history of the book, literature, poetry, race, ethnicity, and the environment.
