Dixie Cup Archival Materials on Exhibit in Israel

Featuring materials from Special Collections & College Archives, the Design Museum Holon in Israel opened a new exhibition, titled “The Circle.” Opening September 9, the exhibition examines systems that “shape everyday life and explore how we might produce, build, consume, and live differently.”

Ana Ramirez Luhrs collaborated with staff at the Design Museum Holon to provide scans of Dixie Cup posters from the Hugh Moore Dixie Cup Company Collection for the section on “Disposable Lives,” which contrasts single-use products with their longform existence as waste.
