ScienceDirect charges for each article. The Library will pay the fee on your behalf, but we ask that you only request articles needed for your research. If an article is available in the print collection or through an online resource that does not charge a per-view fee, you will be directed to the alternate source.
Articles will be purchased and emailed to you as soon as the request is received. During hours that the Skillman reference desk is staffed, you can usually expect delivery within 2-3 hours. Outside of those hours, delivery could take 12-36 hours. Articles will be sent to Lafayette email accounts only.
